Katie Blan is the Director of Communications and Events for the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce. She previously served as the Chamber’s Executive Assistant. In her current role, she oversees communications, social media, publications, and event planning, with a particular focus on promoting the Chamber’s members and initiatives throughout the Greater Owensboro community.
Katie is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sustainability and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. She also earned a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University, with a focus in nonprofit management.
Katie is from Lewisport, Kentucky. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and family.
