Position Overview

The Mobile RN is seeking a licensed esthetician to provide high-quality skincare and aesthetic services in a professional, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for a motivated esthetician looking to grow their clientele while benefiting from an established brand and furnished treatment space.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional esthetic services (e.g., facials, skincare treatments, consultations) within scope of licensure

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room in compliance with state regulations

  • Deliver exceptional client care and education on skincare products and treatments

  • Manage personal client scheduling, records, and follow-up care

  • Maintain professional appearance and uphold The Mobile RN brand standards

  • Supply any additional products, tools, or equipment not provided

  • Carry and maintain required licensure, certifications, and liability insurance

Compensation & Fees

  • Revenue Share: The Mobile RN retains 10% of services performed

  • Room Fee: Esthetician is responsible for a $200 monthly room rental fee

  • Esthetician retains remaining earnings after revenue share and room fee

  • Private treatment room

  • Treatment bed and bedding

  • Select basic supplies

  • Established professional setting and brand presence

Requirements

  • Current state esthetician license in good standing

  • Professional liability insurance

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage own clientele

  • Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and client safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a spa, medical spa, or clinical setting

  • Existing client base

  • Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments (if applicable)

Employment Classification

This position is classified as an independent contractor. The esthetician is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and compliance with state and local regulations.
