In this 4- hour, hands-on program, participants will learn how to efficiently navigate Excel using time-saving shortcuts, create and copy formulas, and format spreadsheets for a polished, professional appearance.

• Excel navigation and productivity tips
• Spreadsheet formatting and design best practices
• Adjusting column widths and cell formatting such as merge & center and number formatting options
• Copying formulas and using Absolute References for more effective formulas
• Creating and managing charts
• Introduction to Excel’s Function Wizard and Formula Builder

The program will be held on Wednesday, October 28th from 12pm – 4pm, on USI’s Campus in Orr Center, Second floor computer lab – OC2039. Food and vending options can be found on the lower level of the Orr Center; or you may bring your own drink and snack.
