The Kentucky Chamber Foundation will host the Disability Hiring and Retention Academy on Wednesday, November 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce’s third-floor conference room.
This one-day training is designed for HR professionals, business leaders, supervisors, and workforce development partners looking to strengthen their hiring and retention practices. Topics include recruiting and retaining employees with disabilities, ADA requirements and accommodations, inclusive workplace practices, and strategies for building a more inclusive workforce.
