7 Brew’s second Owensboro location is now officially open, with free-drink events planned throughout the week.
The new 7 Brew, located at 2622 Frederica Street in Wesleyan Park Plaza, is drive-thru only and features three lanes for ordering.
Customers can receive a free small drink during Community Hours today through Nov. 5. The giveaway runs each day from 7-8 a.m., 12-1 p.m., and 5-6 p.m. On Nov. 6, customers who purchase a large drink will receive a free 7 Brew T-shirt during Swag Day.
Regular hours are 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Though known for espresso-based beverages, 7 Brew offers teas, smoothies, shakes, energy drinks, and chilled muffin tops. More menu details and other information about the business is available at 7brew.com.
The business held its ribbon-cutting on Oct. 26 with the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce. 7 Brew also presented a $3,575 donation to the Owensboro Humane Society. The donation came from Caffeine for a Cause, held Oct. 23-25, when customers could sample a limited menu and pay an amount of their choosing to support the Humane Society.
“We’re so excited to expand our presence in the Owensboro community with our second location and show them what 7 Brew is all about,” said Jake Kellar, director of development for 7 Brew Owensboro. “Our main goal is to cultivate kindness, and we’re proud to honor that mission through our partnership with the Owensboro Humane Society.”
Humane Society representatives attended the ceremony to accept the donation.
“The Owensboro Humane Society is so grateful to partner with 7 Brew in their brand-new opening in Owensboro,” said Carmel McLeod, the organization’s president. “This furthers our mission to improve the life, health and habitat for rejected, abused and neglected animals in the Owensboro and surrounding areas.”
