Chamber Member of the Week: Timesavers Caregiving and Concierge

With offices in Bowling Green and Owensboro, Timesavers offers concierge and caregiving services to seniors all over western Kentucky. The privately owned non-medical exists to help families navigate senior care options and develop a plan of action for coordinating care.
Timesavers offers traditional care services to support all daily living activities, including personal care, mobility transfers, memory care, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, transportation, and errands.
“We personalize home care services early in the continuum of care, adding a more highly skilled care team as the aging process evolves,” client care coordinator Tina Wright said. “Our newest care program, Grace at Home, provides smaller touches of care, a unique concept offering a personal assistant model with a caregiver mentality.”
Timesavers began in Bowling Green in 2010, quickly evolving to serve the surrounding area. Wright was brought on in 2017 to start the Owensboro office, constantly expanding to offer customized care options to satisfy the growing demands of the area.
“We are blessed in Owensboro with a close-knit community and an active Chamber of Commerce,” she said. “Word-of-mouth referrals from clients, business partners, and friends have been the key to our success.”
Timesavers’ outreach efforts include volunteering with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the Senior Community Center, and the local chamber. Wright said they’re constantly searching for ways to give back and enhance the quality of life in both locations.
“We are committed to education and support for families navigating the complexities of aging care,” Wright said. “We partner with the Daviess County Public Library each spring and fall with the Proactive Aging community workshops on senior-related topics like fall prevention, home safety, legal and financial planning, and dementia care.”
The company also facilitates a monthly caregiver support group called Daughterhood Circle for busy caregivers who often find themselves caring for their children while caring for their aging parents.
Timesavers’ client care coordinators were certified as Senior Home Safety Specialists this year. The certification empowers professionals to educate clients, older adults, and family members about home safety, fall prevention, financial exploitation, and personal safety.
