Julia Kimbrell Brooks is the Director of Talent Programs for the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce, where she leads leadership and talent initiatives focused on strengthening the regional workforce and developing future community leaders. She brings a background in strategic communications and event-driven programming, having previously served as the Chamber’s Director of Events and Communications.
She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication with a minor in Community Leadership Development.
Julia is proud to say her family has called Owensboro home for generations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Betty and her husband, Carson.
