At Timesavers Caregiving & Concierge, we believe no family should have to navigate aging alone. For more than 15 years, we’ve helped seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home while supporting the families who love them.
We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, relationship-driven professional to join our team as our Client Care Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, building community relationships, and helping families find the care they need.

What You’ll Do
Client & Family Care
- Meet with prospective clients and families to complete in-home assessments
- Develop personalized care plans
- Match clients with the right caregivers
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and families
- Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance visits
- Help resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Look for opportunities to increase services when additional needs are identified
Community Outreach & Sales
- Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, hospice agencies, and other referral partners
- Attend networking events and community functions
- Represent Timesavers in a professional and compassionate manner
- Follow up on referrals promptly
- Help grow private pay, VA, long-term care insurance, and other payer sources
Scheduling & Operations
- Work alongside our scheduling and operations team to ensure client needs are met
- Assist with staffing urgent client needs
- Coordinate new client starts
- Maintain accurate documentation in our software systems
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and office staff

Preferred Qualifications
- Sales, healthcare, social work, customer service, hospitality or home care experience preferred
- Experience with case management, client relations, or community outreach is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software
