Owensboro, KY — The Western Kentucky Outdoor Expo returns February 7–8, 2026, offering
a free, family-friendly weekend where outdoor enthusiasts, families, and adventure-
seekers can enjoy hands-on experiences, connect with industry experts, and explore the
latest in outdoor recreation.
Held in Owensboro, the Expo is designed to showcase everything the outdoor lifestyle has
to offer — from camping and fishing to boating, RV travel, hunting, and outdoor gear.
Attendees can explore a wide variety of vendors, connect with brands and local
businesses, and discover new ways to get outside.
What You’ll Experience at the Expo
Visitors can expect a diverse lineup of vendors and exhibitors, including:

One of this year’s featured attractions is Base Camp, a relaxed, camping-style lounge area
sponsored by Owensboro Racing & Gaming. Designed as a place to recharge, Base Camp
gives attendees a chance to kick back, watch live sports, and enjoy the Expo atmosphere
between vendor visits. It’s a welcoming space that blends the spirit of the outdoors with
comfort and entertainment.
Expo attendees will also want to make time to visit Roots RV and Sales, who will be
showcasing a large selection of RVs at this year’s event. From weekend camping rigs to
travel-ready models built for longer adventures, Roots RV offers a hands-on opportunity to
step inside, compare layouts, and talk directly with knowledgeable staff.
In addition to RVs, attendees can also explore boats and kayaks, making this a must-see
stop for anyone planning their next adventure on land or water.
