Julia Kimbrell Brooks is the Communications and Events Coordinator for the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication with a minor in Community Leadership Development.
Julia is proud to say her family has called Owensboro home for generations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Betty and her husband, Carson.
