Chamber Member of the Week: Elevate Insurance Agency

Owensboro native Meredith McCrady and Lauren Payne launched Elevate Insurance Agency in 2022 to offer an innovative and accessible client experience. The agency provides nearly every policy imaginable, including home, auto, recreational vehicle, individual health, group health, Medicare, business, worker’s compensation, cybersecurity, disability, annuities, events, pet, jewelry, collectibles, flood, and more.

“Our goal was to integrate technology and community involvement to create an easy experience while offering proper protection of one’s hard-earned assets,” McCrady said. “The insurance industry and client coverage needs continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Elevate partners with dozens of carriers to ensure our clients have the most up-to-date options to meet their personalized needs.”

McCrady said Elevate works diligently to match clients with the best overall carrier for their needs, leveraging technology to communicate and deliver superior service.

“This keeps our clients well-informed and our office within reach when they need us most,” she said. “We also operate our business with honesty and integrity.”

Elevate is licensed to sell insurance in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee, catering to the entire tri-state area. They also take great pride in educating clients about the insurance they purchase.

“We simply exist to assist. If you need help understanding your insurance in real layman’s terms, Elevate is the office for you,” McCrady said. “We like to ensure that our clients leave our office truly understanding their coverages and feeling confident about it.”

McCrady said they consider being a part of the Owensboro community a blessing.

“We are so thankful to serve Owensboro,” she said. “This community is tight-knit and supportive. We were blown away by the attendance at our ribbon cutting and the referral relationships we have formed.”
