New hourly rate starting at $33.41 (RN) & $24.36 (LPN)
Night shift hourly differential of $1.67

What matters to us:

Must possess a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Possession of valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Currently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided)
Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals
Ability to work under supervision and to supervise as needed in areas relating directly to nursing care.
Essential Functions: Performs nursing procedures within legal scope of practice and individual training and skill level per physician’s order and facility protocol including, but not limited to:

1. Oral/tracheotomy suctioning and care

2. G-tube care

3. Urinary catheterizations

4. Injections

5. Administration of oral and rectal medications

· Keeps the interdisciplinary team and guardians/family informed of pertinent health information and significant changes in each person’s health conditions in cooperation with the Clinical Manager.

· Makes rounds in assigned cottage(s) to visit each person and assess health status at the beginning of each shift and as needed.

· Administers medications per the Medication administration policies. Initial medications/treatments on M.A.R./T.A.R.
