RiverValley Behavioral Health | Assistant HR Manager
+ Assists with developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities.
+ Assists in managing, directing, and evaluating organization’s programs regarding the hiring process, and development and retention of employees.
+ Assists with salary administration, coordination of benefits, employee services, employee relations and health promotion activities through human resources staff members.
+ Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies.
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related area.
+ Three (3) years HR experience.
+ One (1) year of supervisory experience.
+ PHR certification preferred.
