Job Summary:
This position reports to the Director of Simulation located at the HealthForce Kentucky main office in Owensboro, Kentucky. This position will maintain simulated related inventory, transport equipment, troubleshoot simulation and facilities equipment, and perform corrective and preventative maintenance on all equipment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Troubleshoot and assist with corrective maintenance on all systems including electrical
circuits, hospital-related and teaching equipment.
• Interface with vendors to correct issues and ensure jobs are completed.
• Transports and delivers specialty equipment across the 16-county region.
• Supports HealthForce Kentucky mobile operations when needed.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down learning environments.
• Inventory assessment and control.
• Perform basic assembly and carpentry construction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional responsibilities:
• Work near moving mechanical parts with risk of electrical shock.
• Mild degree of hazard or danger associated with the job.
• Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50-100 pounds
• Some travel is required.
• Valid Kentucky driver’s license required.
• Problem Solving: Problems are different, but tend to come up often. Check with
supervisor if none of the regularly established procedures fix the problem.
• Supervisory Responsibility: Has no authority for the supervision of others.
• Oversight and Direction: Receives general direction working from established policies and
objectives. Plans and carries out assignments and resolves most conflicts that arise.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and three (3) years of related experience, or
equivalent required.
