JOB ENTAILS:

• Answering phone calls and greeting guests at the entrance

• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with general public/local businesses/community leaders

• Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective clients

• Achieve agreed upon sales goals and outcomes on schedule

• Event/Promotions management coordinated with team members and other departments

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on collections activity

 

DESIRED SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS:

• Outgoing and high-energy personality

• Capable of working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Extremely organized and dependable

• Creativity and knowledge of current marketing strategies

• Experience with Microsoft Office plus

• Preferred 2 years of experience in both sales and administrative roles
