Cliff Hagan Boys & Girls Club Mike Horn Unit – 40th Annual Golf Classic | May 16
Join us on May 16 at the Owensboro Country Club and be a Champion golfing for our Club kids and teens. Our golf classic sponsored by Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline is our 1st in-person event of the season. We will kick off our endless pursuit of providing great futures for tomorrow’s innovators, leaders and problem solvers. This will be a day full of golf, sportsmanship and raising money for our Club members at the Mike Horn Unit in Owensboro. On the course you’ll find prizes, refreshments and food stations. All proceeds will help us provide needed essentials for our Academic Success and Workforce Development programs.
Academic Success helps our Club members graduate on time, be motivated to learn, and equipped with a plan to succeed in today’s modern workforce. In our Workforce Development, from an early age through high school, supportive Club mentors provide opportunities to explore careers and prepare youth with employability skills for future success. Clubs also connect teens to real-life work experiences such as internships and apprenticeships.
