Position Summary:We are seeking experienced and motivated Diesel Mechanics / Truck Mechanics to perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on company trucks and equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on trucks and trailers

Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections

Troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, and steering systems

Maintain accurate service and repair records

Ensure all repairs meet safety and compliance standards

Collaborate with dispatch and drivers to minimize downtime

Keep shop area clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a diesel/truck mechanic

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, air brakes, and truck systems

Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment

Must have own tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
