The Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce is making an opportunity available for qualified members to apply for discounted group benefits with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield through a specially-priced program established by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and Anthem.

Called ChamberAdvantage, the program offers Anthem's best rates on small group (companies with between 2 and 99 eligible employees) health, dental, life, disability and vision insurance. The program is available to companies not currently covered through Anthem group coverage. ChamberAdvantage offers more than 40 affordable group health plans, including the new Consumer Driven Health Plans, to select from allowing for easy plan customization.

ChamberAdvantage customers also have access to reliable health information and tools offered by Anthem to help them better manage their benefits. These include:

• The Anthem.com website - employees can check claim status, order new ID cards, find a network doctor or hospital and more
• MyHealth@Anthem - an online resource featuring health and wellness articles, calculators, quizzes and health assessment tools
• SpecialOffers@Anthem - Anthem's online tool featuring meaningful discounts on health-related products and services
