All Care Equipment & Rentals – Customer Service Representative

Full – Time Position
Responsible for order intake of new business, processing equipment referrals, obtaining
initial prior authorizations, closing out work orders for billing purposes, and aiding in the
overall billing process. Position also requires interaction with in store retail customers,
so pleasant demeanor and willingness to help and follow up with customers is a must.
Other responsibilities include phone customer service and general upkeep of the facilities,
along with miscellaneous needs of the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Professional, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, friendly personality a must, exceptional
communication skills, computer skill knowledge, neat in appearance, ready to be a team player.

All Care Equipment & Rentals – Delivery Service Technician 

Full – Time Position
Primary duties include delivery and set up of equipment, maintenance and cleaning of
equipment, oxygen tank deliveries, inventory management and paperwork. Candidate must be able to lift greater than 50 lbs.
