Southern Star is a leading transporter of natural gas to America’s heartland, with approximately 5,800 miles of natural gas transmission pipeline in the Midwest and Mid-Continent regions of the United States. Our pipeline system, facilities and team members are located in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska and Texas, with our headquarters in Owensboro. We have provided over 110 years of safe, reliable, quality service since our formation in 1904.
We’re also committed to our communities. Southern Star team members serve as mentors to students, help reconstruct towns after natural disasters, volunteer with local charitable organizations and coach children’s teams. We’re neighbors and friends, and we support our team members’ volunteerism and provide time for them to make a difference where they work and live.
