  • HB102 & 229 both need to pass this session
    • HB102 would allow for bridge mega-projects, including the new I-69 bridge near Henderson, to be built using tolling. This bill is necessary to move the project forward and should not be delayed until 2010. HB229 would change the state's business incentives program and bring tax breaks to smaller businesses, among other items. It would also bring new incentives for film production in Kentucky as well as the production of Broadway shows, such as those produced at Owensboro's RiverPark Center.
